Responsibilities
We are seeking motivated Nepali speaking Customer Success and Sales Associates to join our dynamic foreign exchange dealing team. This role is pivotal in driving sales and ensuring our clients achieve their goals by effectively using our products and services. You will act as a liaison between the clients and our internal teams, providing support and insights to enhance revenue, customer satisfaction, and retention.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for delivering outstanding service in a multicultural environment.
* Business development: Proactively identify and pursue new customer leads for remittance and foreign exchange services.
* Sales: Promote and cross-sell company products and services to both new and existing clients. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
* Marketing: Participate in marketing and outreach initiatives, including community engagement and events.
* Client onboarding: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
* Customer Support: Address client inquiries and issues promptly via email, phone, and chat, providing solutions and guidance to enhance their experience.
* Relationship management: Use your interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
* Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback and insights, collaborating with internal teams to improve products and services based on customer needs.
* Documentation: Maintain detailed and high-level accuracy records in our trading system.
* Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to align customer feedback with company goals and initiatives.
Requirements
* Previous experience in customer success, sales, or a similar role within the financial services or fintech industry is highly regarded.
* Strong knowledge of foreign exchange markets and payment solutions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Customer-centric, hardworking, detail-oriented with a can-do attitude.
* Ability to follow regulatory requirements and risk controls.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Bilingual in English and Nepali.
