We are seeking an experienced Donor Relations Assistant to join our Advancement Directorate on a full-time, fixed-term basis until September 2025.
About the Role
Under the guidance of the Advancement Services Specialist, you will provide administrative support for donor-funded activities, fundraising initiatives, and project work. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional donor stewardship and contributing to positive philanthropic outcomes;
* Ensuring effective administration of donor-funded projects and initiatives;
* Maintaining accurate records and data related to donor interactions and engagement.
As an experienced administrator, you will bring well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of computer and data processing skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in providing administrative support in a similar role;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with donors and stakeholders;
* High-level computer and data processing skills, with proficiency in relevant software applications;
* Ability to maintain accurate records and data, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
