Due to continued growth, we are looking for a full-time Business Development Manager to join our team. Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving the growth of our Home Care, Nursing and Allied Health services. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and a passion for improving the lives of our clients. Our office is located in Greensborough, VIC. The position predominantly requires office-based working with occasional travel to meet various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets for Home Care, Nursing and Allied Health services. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and market expansion. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, healthcare providers, community organisations, and government agencies. Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities. Represent Sensible Care at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our services and build brand awareness. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to senior management. Monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives, providing regular updates and insights to the leadership team. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the provision of Home Care, Nursing and Allied Health services. Monitor sector tenders, and present opportunities to our Senior Leadership Team for consideration and action. Reporting to the CEO, you will be provided with strategic direction, strong mentoring and support. You will have targets to meet and autonomy over the intake and engagement process. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the healthcare industry. Strong understanding of Home Care, Nursing and Allied Health services, and the broader healthcare landscape. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Understanding of digital marketing methods and concepts.
