Technical Analyst
Fixed Term 12 Months - Full Time
80 hours per fortnight including a monthly ADO HS6
About the Role
Join the Digital Health Infrastructure team and play a key role in an exciting ICT transition project! As a Technical Analyst, you will support the transition of Maryborough District Health Service (MDHS) ICT services from Loddon Mallee Shared Services (LMSS) to the Grampians Rural Health Alliance (GRHA). This is a fixed-term opportunity for 12 months, offering hands-on experience in technical analysis and solution development within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct discovery and technical analysis of the current MDHS IT environment, developing and documenting solutions for a smooth transition.
* Collaborate with the Solution Architect to deliver solutions across Grampians Health and GRHA sites.
* Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, using your business analysis, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
* Provide exceptional customer service and work effectively with ICT team members.
* Learn and grow within a dynamic environment, contributing to key projects.
About You:
* Experience as a Technical, Business, or Solution Analyst with a relevant tertiary qualification (Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar).
* Strong knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft PowerBI, Windows Server, ITSM, M365 Products, Integration engines, and cloud solutions.
* Passionate about emerging technologies and keen to work in a cutting-edge environment.
* Ability to Work on-site, work remotely and/or travel to other GRHA sites
