An opportunity for an Office Manager to join a property developer has come available in Cremorne.
What you'll be doing
Based in stunning new offices 5 days per week, you will have access to a spa pool, saunas, an onsite café and a rooftop bar.
This is an integral role that supports the everyday operations of the office. As the Office Manager, you are the go-to person in the Operations team, ensuring that the workplace runs smoothly and seamlessly.
Based on reception, you will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors to head office. This role requires a high degree of professionalism and representation of the company brand.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
* Previous experience in office management, reception & operations
* Full Australian working rights
* Experience within property/development industry (Highly desirable)
* Proficient in MS Office 365 suite, SharePoint, Teams
* Strong attention to detail and effective time management
* Elevated level of communication skills (written and verbal)
