Position Overview We are currently seeking an Allied health practitioner who can be an AHPRA-registered psychologist, mental Health Accredited Social Worker, or Mental Health Accredited Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team on a contractor or employment contract basis. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid work, with options for Telehealth sessions or in-person consultations. Key Responsibilities: Conducting mental health assessments and formulating treatment plans. Demonstrate your occupational therapy expertise and commitment to evidence-based practices (For OT). Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Building strong, person-centred therapeutic relationships with clients. Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. Preparation of specialist reports as required. Liaise with community service organisations and other professionals regarding the support needs of the client. Qualifications and Experience: AHPRA or AASW registration Strong skills in cognitive-behavioural therapy, mindfulness practices, and other evidence-based interventions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to ongoing professional development. The ability to work across the lifespan is desired. Eligible for or have Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check. Able to work autonomously and confident in managing own caseload.
