The full-time role of Office Administrator position is available in this flourish company.About the Role:Key elements of this role include but are not limited to: -Answering and directing phone calls from customersGreet visitors and answer their queries and provide information.Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholdersPreparing customer's contracts and taking pictures of vehiclesWeekly allocation of payments against vehicles and calling for overdue paymentsOversee vehicle registrations and insurance.Conduct clerical duties, including filing, responding to emails and preparing documents.Provide administrative support for accounting team.Provide ad hoc duties where necessary.
