About the Role Join AGL as a Strategic Partnerships Manager, a vital role embedded in our Product & Commercial Business Unit and supported by the Sponsorships & Partnerships Chapter within the Brand & Marketing Business Unit. This role offers the unique opportunity to identify, develop, and optimize strategic partnerships that align with AGL’s mission to deliver customer-centric solutions and drive commercial outcomes. As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in setting the strategic direction for partnerships, negotiating agreements, and fostering strong external relationships to enhance AGL’s integrated offerings. Collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver innovative propositions and achieve impactful business objectives. What you will be doing: Develop and implement partnership strategies that align with AGL’s Product & Commercial and Customer Markets objectives. Lead negotiations to maximize commercial value from partnerships and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. Support the creation of differentiated, customer-centric propositions that drive long-term customer value. Work cross-functionally across Customer Markets to ensure alignment and support the overarching Customer Markets strategy. Identify and propose potential opportunities, preparing detailed commercials and business cases to support leadership decision-making. Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of partnerships, from onboarding to performance measurement and optimization. What we would like to see you bring: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with extensive experience managing partnerships within a national organization. Proven track record of managing strategic partnerships, driving business objectives, and enhancing brand visibility. Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to cultivate and maintain effective external relationships. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of identifying opportunities and delivering measurable growth outcomes. Strong project management skills, with experience leading end-to-end partnership programs while managing timelines and budgets effectively.
