These prospects are generated through our website and social media inquiries.As a Course Advisor, you will engage with prospective students, building rapport to understand their individual motivations, goals, and life experiences. Your role will be to guide them in selecting the most appropriate course and study pathway, equipping them with the skills and confidence to succeed in Emergency Health Care.Your success in this role will be driven by nurturing a pipeline of prospective students, managing a high volume of outbound calls, and converting inquiries into enrolments while meeting established targets and KPIs.Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate information, ensuring data integrity within APC's CRM system, and adhering to enrolment criteria and compliance standards.About YouWe are seeking a driven and passionate individual with a commitment to delivering excellent results.
