Your New Role
The Service Consultant role is responsible for handlinginbound, outbound, or written member enquiries across voice email and digitalchannels. This role is a key to delivering best help for members, educatingthem to understand and engage with their superannuation, providing educationand support on how to achieve their retirement goals. The role will be requiredto undertake continuous learning and development to meet our member andorganisational evolving needs.
This role is required to be in office 5 days for first 3 months with hybrid arrangements considered after this (2-day office minimum requirement) Role is full time working a rotating roster across the span of hours 8am-7pm Role will be required to provide General Advice and undertake RG146 accreditation throughout your learning journey To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience ? Experience in a superannuation, insurance customer service or contact centre environment. Capacity to work collaboratively and in a team environment Ability to meet key results set by the business including (customer satisfaction, net promoter, first contact resolution and quality targets) Problem solving and analytical skills Ability to be flexible and adaptable to change Ability to self-manage performance and handle multiple interactions Commitment to personal development and ongoing learning.
