About the Role: You will support and develop a large team of support workers who provide a wide range of in-home care services to the elderly around Kogarah, Illawarra and surrounding regions.
In this role, you'll drive positive change by providing coaching, ongoing support, and direction to achieve exceptional customer service.
You'll also conduct interviews and inductions for new care workers, manage team and individual performance, handle customer escalations, and drive safety initiatives, to name a few.
This is a full-time (Mon-Fri), 7-month fixed-term contract opportunity.
To be successful, you'll need to be based in the Kogarah/Illawarra region, with regular travel to other locations such as Kogarah, Wollongong, Shellharbour, Kiama, and Shoalhaven.
When you're not out on the road, you will be able to work from home as required.
About You: To thrive in this role, you'll need:
Proven experience leading large teams (25+ people) within call centre, retail, hospitality, or similar industries.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Demonstrated experience with coaching and performance managing frontline teams.Exceptional time management, prioritisation and initiative.Strong passion for compliance and achieving customer satisfaction.Stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.Relevant qualifications (or equivalent experience) in Leadership plus Training and Assessment are desirable.About KinCare: Our vision is to enable elderly Australians to remain living safely in their homes for as long as they wish by providing them with the care and support they need.
