You will be the head of the restaurant floor and the waiter/waitress for task delegation and customer service.
You will be accountable for the end of day close and communication with Management and the kitchen's Head Chef.Requirements:Must have RCG or willing to obtain before commencement.Experience preferred but not essential.Additional Role:Cook needed to support Chef and Head Chef.
