What you'll be doing The Change Adoption Lead will work within the Digital Health Directorate engaging key stakeholders to lead change management and adoption for the Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) program across the MNCLHD.
This program will consolidate the major patient administration systems and electronic medical record systems to a single state-wide instance.
The incumbent's excellent facilitation skills, understanding and experience in large projects and in health care provision and/or processes will be valuable in managing change at all levels of the organisation and promoting optimal staff readiness and adoption.
About you Do you have relevant tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or extensive relevant experience in implementing change in a large and diverse service industry organisation and demonstrated proven skills and experience in implementing a recognised generic change management framework (PROSCI - ADKAR) or a health specific change/adoption framework?
