The Administration Officer will play a pivotal role in the organisation and smooth running of the People, Performance and Culture (PPC) team. The key focus of this role is to be the ‘go to’ person for all administration and business support for our result-focused busy PPC team.
Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:
1. Providing administration support to the General Manager of PPC, and the PPC team generally, including organising meetings and room bookings, making travel arrangements, filing, photocopying, ordering stationary, etc.
2. Coordinating our key reward and recognition programs, including our long service awards, employee recognition programs, employee engagement activities.
3. Managing various shared inboxes, team calendars, filing and systems.
4. Assisting in the coordination of events (e.g. training, celebrations, employee engagement activities) including logistics, arranging venues, catering, guest speakers, and technology.
5. Maintaining and updating relevant information in systems, including accurate data entry, record-keeping, reporting in Excel, etc.
6. Liaising with key internal stakeholders as required to ensure smooth flow of requests/communication and response.
7. Assisting the PPC team with various ad-hoc administration requirements and projects.

The successful candidate will have:
1. 5+ years of experience in a similar office administration/business support role, providing support to a busy and dynamic organisation.
2. Ability to adapt to changing priorities, tasks and requirements.
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
4. A confidential approach to the handling of sensitive documentation.
5. Impeccable attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
6. Highly organised and strong time management skills.
7. Intermediate to advanced level in MS Office suite and in particular Excel.
8. Self-driven who can deliver in a fast-paced role working on their own initiative.
9. Proven ability in being a member of a successful, dynamic and results-focused team.
10. Fostering productive relationships with stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service.
