Regional Medical Receptionist Reliever – Identified Position

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Regional Medical Receptionist to provide vital administrative support to our clinics in SEQ. This role is central to ensuring smooth operations across IUIH and Member Services clinics, playing a key part in engaging patients and providing efficient, culturally sensitive service.
This position requires extensive travel across the Moreton Bay, Logan, Ipswich, Lockyer Valley, and Gold Coast regions to deliver services where needed. You will:
Provide exceptional customer service by handling appointments, patient inquiries, and administrative tasks.
Ensure smooth clinic operations by coordinating appointments, patient flow, and confirming attendance.
Travel regularly to various clinics across the SEQ region to provide administrative support where needed.
About You
We’re looking for a passionate individual who can work in ways that are ethically and culturally respectful. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
Current C-Class Drivers Licence (QLD)
Criminal History Check (or willingness to obtain)
Working with Children Blue Card (prior to commencement)
Own vehicle (allowance provided, company vehicle may be available for full-time employees)
Previous administrative experience (highly desirable)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work discreetly with sensitive information
Desirable but not mandatory:
Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
