A dynamic individual is sought to join the Administration team at Holmesglen Private Hospital as an Administration Officer.
The successful applicant will be highly motivated, committed to delivering a high standard of customer-focused care, and possess excellent time management and organisational skills.

The hospital offers a range of services, including a 24/7 Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit, Coronary Care Unit, Day Infusion Unit, and inpatient units for Oncology, Urology, ENT, Orthopaedics, Plastic Surgery, Interventional Cardiology, and Rehabilitation Services.
Key Responsibilities
* Patient Billing and Receipting/Medicare Rebate
* Maintain Accurate Records
* Coordinate with Doctors and Staff from Different Departments
* Patient Admission and Discharges
* Manage a Busy Reception Desk
* Coordinate with Staff from Other Departments
* Complete Other Clerical Tasks Such as Data Entry
Essential Criteria
* Authority to Work in Australia
* Medical Administration or Medical Reception Experience Desirable
* Experience with Medical Software (e.g. WebPAS)
* Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
* Highly Developed Organisational Skills with the Ability to Prioritise Tasks and Meet Deadlines in a Fast-Paced Environment
* Strong Attention to Detail
* Experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
