Application Technician-AU (NSW)

SR Applicator Technician NSW
Job Overview:
Responsible for Project Applications as directed, HS&E compliant practices, Relationship management with internal and external clients including site managers and personnel. Promoting positive Markham brand and reputation through exceptional quality work and communications, maintenance and care of all equipment and machinery, compliance with software and applications, documentation, stock management, reporting, and logistics.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Actively utilizing Markham Job Management program (MJM) as directed
Ensure quality standards are maintained and adhered to
Ensure all projects are completed within scope of the job management task assigned
Maintain regular communications with SR Applicator and QA team and communicate any issues as soon as practical
Maintain regular effective communication with all active sites.
Site Applications and admixture batching
Travel through the Region and beyond when/if required
Receiving deliveries and accounting for all stock in line with Markham’s policies
Health, Safety and Environmental Compliance in accordance to project and Markham Global policies
Plant and Application Equipment- must be maintained to a high standard
Qualification & Skill Requirement:
General interest and experience in the construction industry
Painting or Plastering skills desirable, however full training will be provided.
Excellent communication skills
Sound working knowledge of HS&E policies and procedures
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
General office, outlook, and computer skills required

Full driver’s License required
Forklift License required
Other license’s as required by Markham for the role
Physically fit
This is a Monday to Sunday role so you must be able to work weekends and outside normal business hours.
There may also be a requirement to travel outside of your State as and where applicable.
