Senior Student Support Officer - Full Time Australian College of Training is an independent Registered Training College (RTO ID 51269) providing vocational education and training to many industry sectors across Australia. The College is based in Perth with a wide client range in the metropolitan, regional and interstate areas. We have an opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to join our expanding team. The hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm. Effective date: ASAP Primary purpose of the position: To provide administrative support to the senior management team, manage student enrolments, student database systems and records, and liaise with the training team. Key responsibilities: Professionally manage incoming and outgoing communication Manage and maintain student database and information systems Manage and organise student records securely and confidentially Provide general administration support to employees Liaise with employees at higher levels Selection criteria: Minimum of two years administration experience preferably in a similar RTO setting. A professional and friendly manner Excellent communication and organisational skills High level of proficiency and accuracy in own work area Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of data Advanced MS Office skills Experience in records management and databases is highly desirable Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Ability to be flexible with work hours where required Please send a cover letter addressing the selection criteria and a C.
