You’ll assist in planning and executing content across our digital channels, coordinate with content creators and influencers, and support our wider marketing efforts to drive brand awareness and sales.Location: Our office is in Torquay, Victoria - however we are happy to offer a hybrid working arrangement for a suitable candidate.Job type: Full-timeSalary: $70-80K + super and benefitsKey Responsibilities:Content & Social Media:Assist with content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.Create and schedule content across all channels.Plan and coordinate content creation with video content creators and UGC creators.Develop fun and engaging Instagram Story ideas.Manage Instagram messages and community engagement.Coordinate ambassadors.Marketing & Campaigns:Create all sales campaign content, including ads and promotions.Analyse content performance and provide insight to marketing manager.Photoshoot assisting and coordination.Assist with strategic marketing partnerships, collaborations, and influencer programs.Support email and blog content creation.Website & Ads:Support basic website updates for seasonal campaigns and product launches.Make creative for Meta and Google Advertising.Giveaways & Promotions:Coordinate seasonal giveaways campaigns.Assist with press releases and PR opportunities.Market Research & Strategy:Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.Assist with the ideation and implementation of our ‘Retreat Guide’ publication.About You:You have 1-3 years of experience in a marketing, social media, or content-related role - ideally in an eCommerce business.You’re creative, organised, and have an eye for great content.You know your way around social media platforms and understand what makes content engaging.You have basic design skills and can create simple static graphics.You’re proactive, love a fast-paced environment, and can juggle multiple tasks.You’re comfortable using content planning and scheduling tools.Experience with Meta and Google Ads is a plus but not essential.Experience with Shopify and other eCommerce apps are desired.Why Join Us?Work with a passionate and growing team in the wellness industry.A creative and collaborative work environment where your ideas are valued.Opportunities for professional growth as we continue to expand.Flexibility and a workplace culture that prioritises wellbeing.How to Apply:If this sounds like your dream job, we’d love to hear from you!
