A rare opportunity has arisen for a Senior Manager Learning Channels and Ecosystem to join the Organisational Capability leadership team. Reporting into the Head of Organisational Capability, this role will lead a team of experienced Learning Coaches and Learning Professionals to successfully enable a learning culture. You will extract value across all learning channels including face to face, virtual classrooms, and coaching, as well as champion the ongoing evolution of myBEN U and integrated solutions for LinkedIn Learning, Kaplan, and CGU. With a deep understanding of how everything connects across all learning channels you’ll confidently engage across the organisation with key stakeholders, developing influential and trusted relationships. Your role also supports the Head of Organisational Capability role as Business Systems Owner (BSO), proactively identifying and addressing risks, enabling good governance, and representing the learning channels and ecosystem across various projects and releases. In this strategic leadership role, you’ll get to: Lead BEN U’s focus on building a Learning Organisation Work closely with the People Systems Team and other stakeholders developing strategic and tactical plans to improve learning channels and learning ecosystem across the group Provide thought leadership on contemporary learning practices including learning technology, design techniques, learning curation and campaigns and user adoption methods Strategically build a team of business connected workplace coaches that can facilitate learning and ‘in the flow of work learning’ using a range of methodologies Bring thought leadership and influence to charter initiatives that require capability uplift optimising the BEN U ecosystem Join a positive, highly engaged, and creative team that are passionately dedicated and proud to be delivering innovative learning solutions to grow our people. What you'll bring to the role: Proven comprehensive leadership experience, leading a team of professionals and/or subject matter experts across multiple locations and working closely with peers to deliver a common outcome Demonstrated passion for new ways of learning, combined with a deep understanding and commitment of the shift needed of learning professionals, individual learners, and their leaders Demonstrated skills and experience in working across multiple teams and external partners to embed, integrate and optimise learning technology including governance and risk managed outcomes Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders to navigate and deliver on business outcomes, while being comfortable with ambiguity Extensive experience consulting in the field of learning and capability development Demonstrated understanding of the current learning technology market with the ability to identify appropriate opportunities for our organisation Understanding of the role of contemporary facilitation (desirable) Could you be our newest Senior Manager, Learning Channels and Ecosystems?
