The Client
Our client is one of the largest locally owned Commercial Agencies and have a glamorous office, incredible Directors and mentors to learn from, and a huge pipeline of Commercial, Industrial and Retail Sales and Leasing.
Reporting to the Director of Leasing, you will hold a key role in the development and implementation of sales and leasing campaigns and close and transact Commercial and Industrial deals.
They are being inundated with work and are picking up new business daily, so need someone to close and transact this work, together with list any new work that you can.
The Position
1. Sourcing quality, unique tenants to add a point of difference and diversity to their owners portfolios
2. Providing service from inception through to negotiations and close-offs
3. Developing relationships with both current and prospective tenants
4. Reviewing sales documentation and lease deals/renewals etc
To be successful in this role, you will need:
5. At least 2-5 years' experience sales and leasing commercial or industrial or retail assets.
6. To be a self-starter, hungry and driven!
7. A creative and strategic approach
8. Strong networks across the retailers and be able to leverage off those contacts
