Job Title: Contracts Manager

The company is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of a significant high-rise residential project in Maroochydore.
This project involves the construction of two 19-storey towers with 251 apartments and townhouses, along with a shared three-level podium.
As a key member of the construction team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of this project.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing contracts and negotiating terms with suppliers and subcontractors
* Overseeing the administration of contracts, including preparation of contract documents and monitoring compliance
* Coordinating with internal stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and quantity surveyors
* Ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of the project
Requirements:
* Relevant degree qualifications in Construction Management or equivalent
* Proven experience working as a Contracts Administrator in mid or upper-tier construction environments
* Commercial construction experience, preferably on projects over $20m
* Knowledge of construction software, including Jobpac (desirable)
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
