Your primary objective will be to work closely with the business, ensuring that top talent is sourced for both current requirements and future needs. You will be responsible for liaising with hiring managers, creating position descriptions, implementing sourcing strategies, evaluating candidate information, coaching hiring managers in recruitment activities, maintaining records related to candidate management, and staying up-to-date with industry best practices. Your ability to navigate complex situations while maintaining a focus on delivering results will be key to your success.Liaise with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements across various rolesImplement workforce planning strategies after reviewing regional resourcing requirementsCreate position descriptions in consultation with Hiring ManagersOrganise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicantsActively approach passive candidates to discuss opportunitiesEvaluate candidate information such as CVs, cover letters, portfoliosCoach Hiring Managers in recruitment activities ensuring they understand the full recruitment processEnsure all records related to candidate management are saved within the recruitment systemMaintain up-to-date knowledge of the recruitment industry best practiceUnderstand, comply and remain current with all policies, procedures and compliance training relevant to your roleWhat you bring:The ideal candidate for this Talent Acquisition Specialist role brings a wealth of experience in human resources and recruitment. You have a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Business (or related field) and have demonstrated outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Your experience with PageUp or a similar internal recruitment management system will be highly valued, as will your knowledge of the current recruitment and talent sourcing environment. You have excellent experience in the full cycle end-to-end recruitment process and a strong understanding of the Civil Engineering and Construction industry.
