This Customer Care Supervisor role is an exciting customer facing role in our busy Stockland Rockhampton Shopping centre. Based on our customer care desk, you will be tasked with providing superior customer service as well as support to the centre management team.
This is a permanent part time role working 30 hours per week.
Key responsibilities:
1. Address diverse customers’ needs and values and provide an exceptional service to our customers in line with Stockland’s brand essence.
2. Gather, qualify and quantify customer feedback, complaints and compliments and effectively communicate these to the Stockland business.
3. Manage all duties associated with the running of the Customer Care Desk within the centre.
4. Maintain OH&S standard and procedures and address all health, safety and environmental issues.
5. Follow all public liability incident management processes.
About You:
6. Prior experience delivering great, face to face customer/client service
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
8. Sound administrative skills and working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
9. Ability to stay calm under pressure and a resilient attitude
10. Strong attention to details and a keen ability to show initiative.
