We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning person to join our Operations team at our Bibra Lake WA 6163 branch. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. You will be working outdoors in the salvage yard and will work closely with your team to: Ensure all incoming salvage stock is catalogued (features details and damage recorded), photographed and uploaded to our system accurately and within the required timeframes Unload salvage stock from transport trucks as they arrive at the branch, sometimes using a forklift Loading sold salvage stock to transport trucks, sometimes using a forklift Assist in the set-up of the auction and sale yards by moving assets around the yard in preparation for the scheduled auctions Deliver outstanding customer service to vendors and buyers by cataloguing stock correctly and upon delivery of assets to buyers Follow all WHS policies and procedures as required Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the branch ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience: Current & valid drivers' license with ability to drive manual ( essential ) Hold a current and valid forklift license ( essential ) Have high attention to detail Competent verbal & written communication skills Basic computer skills/ability to use an iPad Ability to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines Ability to work as part of a team WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU Employee Benefits – Earn 5 days’ extra leave and enjoy sharing in the company bonus program after a qualifying period, free on-site parking and more Training & Development – On the job training to make you an expert in your area, internal career pathing opportunities, and study assistance options to help you complete a course or qualification.
