About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate Marketing & Communications Executive to support our recruitment teams with creative marketing and engagement initiatives aligned to the business strategy.
As the Marketing & Communications Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, stakeholder engagement, and business growth.
Key responsibilities:
* Plan and execute marketing campaigns across all areas of the business
* Manage stakeholder relationships for marketing, communications, and business development
* Develop a diverse range of brand collateral for use across the business
* Identify and manage key partnership opportunities
* Develop strategies to attract new business and raise engagement for the company
* Monitor and manage the company's online reputation across review platforms
* Oversee and optimise all marketing and communication channels
* Maintain and enhance the company website, product pages, and associated customer journey
* Plan and manage events from concept to execution, including post-event analysis
* Promote events through multiple channels to drive attendance
* Conduct research and analyse data to improve brand awareness across engagement platforms
About You:
* You'll have proven experience as a Marketing & Communications Executive
* Prior experience in the sales and service industry is highly regarded
* Expertise in using marketing strategies to promote events and campaigns, especially through digital channels
* Proficiency in leveraging various marketing tools and platforms
* Experience with cloud-based tech to deliver targeted communications
* Strong design skills with experience creating in-house materials
* Experienced in website management and content systems (CMS)
* Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and external partnerships
* Experience in leading on events of varying scale and occasion
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
* Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Strong ability to build rapport and network effectively
