If you're ready to bring innovation and energy to the world of travel and events, we want you on our team!KEY RESPONSIBILITIESBe fully accountable for your responsibilities in the project team, including ensuring the brief/budgets are thoroughly understood.Adherence to systems and processes to ensure timely, error free project management.Provide updates on files, financials & project plans to adhere to deadlines and budgets, especially supplier attrition and cancellation deadlines as per authorised contracts.Manage group bookings and allotments.Liaise and negotiate with suppliers as required, always ensuring professional communication.Ensure all details of arrangements are confirmed - including transportation, accommodation, and other services as required.Respond to all delegate queries professionally and within agreed timeframes, ensuring delegate satisfaction is maintained.Prepare Visa, Health and other travel information for client and delegates.Make all travel arrangements and bookings in accordance with the client travel policy, ensuring that knowledge of relevant guidelines and requirements is maintained.Ensure tickets, itineraries and documentation are always correct and delivered in line with critical dates.Process delegate payments and refunds in a timely manner.Ensure budgets and costing fields are kept up to date for effective and accurate client reporting.Build strong relationships with project team members to foster a successful working environment.Available to work onsite (Domestic & International) when project requires.SKILLSMinimum of 2+ years demonstrated event / travel management experience in a similar role.Knowledge of Domestic and International group fares and systems preferred.Sound knowledge of Sabre and Tramada preferred.Strong understanding of the travel / event industry and suppliers.Project management experience across various industries preferred.Experience in adhering to guidelines, legislation, and compliance requirements.Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment across multiple projects at one time.Experience in working within a team to achieve proven successful results.Knowledge of event software and systems, preferred but not essential.Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail are essential.Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.Why CTM?CTM offers a strong, established, and sustainable work environment which will support your career development and wellbeing.As a global organization CTM offers a range of employee benefits that you can access, including;Perkbox - Retail, Lifestyle, Entertainment and Health and Wellness discounts & benefits.Training and Development opportunities.x2 Wellness/Chillout Days.Blended work arrangements with hybrid WFH flexibility.2 Weeks extra leave - Purchase Leave.CTM is committed to the unique contributions of all our people and actively encourage candidates with all abilities and diverse backgrounds to apply.
