Job Overview
We are seeking a Casual Residential Youth Worker to join our team.
You will be working with some of Australia's best youth service providers, empowering children and young people to live their best lives in a nurturing and safe environment.
Shift times may vary, but our rosters are done in advance to provide stability in a casual environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Create a Safe and Supportive Home: Foster a secure, nurturing environment for at-risk youth.
* Empower Daily Living: Assist with personal care, meals, and hygiene to promote independence.
* Facilitate Transportation: Ensure young people attend school, appointments, and community activities.
* Promote Growth: Encourage skill development and socialization within the local community.
* Manage Health Needs: Administer medications and maintain accurate reporting.
Kickstart Program

Requirements
* Australian Drivers License (P2 or higher)
* Working rights in Australia
* Ability to work a mixture of day, night, and weekend shifts as required
* Experience in Disability Support, Aged Care, Corrections, or Social Work, or transferable skills from personal background or exposure in one of these industries
* Willingness to obtain necessary qualifications and certifications
