The role requires someone who has experience working in an agile/waterfall hybrid environment. Whilst not necessarily implementing an Agile methodology, having an Agile mindset will be critical to the success of the engagement.Skills and experience required: Possess project leadership skills, able to clearly articulate the business objectives/outcomes and the ability to motivate project teams (enabling autonomy and mastery).Demonstrated core Project Management skills, such as budget forecasting and resource management.Solid experience with business analysis, document management, reporting, IT operations service delivery models and different methodologies.Experience engaging senior management and diverse stakeholders with a customer-centric mindset.High-level communications, both verbal and written.Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide change projects.Ideal candidate will have 5 years' experience as a PM.Excellent project management skills including scope management, financial management, timely delivery, supporting the project team, resource management and stakeholder management.Experience in IT Infrastructure projects or IT Application projects with a budget management between $2M to $4M.Interested candidates who meet the required skillset of the role are encouraged to apply via the link with an updated resume.
