About You We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Technical Officer (TGO2) with strong laboratory expertise and leadership capabilities. To be successful in this role, you will have: Strong Technical & Laboratory Skills – Demonstrated experience in a Blood Bank laboratory, with the ability to troubleshoot issues, solve problems, and manage client requirements effectively. Excellent Communication & Teamwork – Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports, follow instructions, and contribute to a positive team environment while delivering excellent customer service. Leadership & Organisational Abilities – Ability to prioritise tasks, manage workloads efficiently, and meet deadlines in accordance with laboratory standards. Experience in supervising and training other laboratory personnel. Knowledge of Laboratory Standards & Compliance – Comprehensive understanding of diagnostic laboratory practices, quality principles, Work Health and Safety (WHS) procedures, and industry regulations.
