About the Role
The Security Liaison Officer will represent the Properties and Facilities Directorate with respect to the day-to-day operational activities of the National Security Centre (NSC) and security services.
You will play a key role in working with staff at the National Security Centre and facilities management teams on all campuses, to maintain an effective and efficient security system by monitoring corrective actions in the event of a system element malfunction and assist the directorate in the administration of the Security Contract.
You will require a high-level understanding of Critical Incident Management, ACU's policies and procedures, agreed security procedures and ACU's card access control system.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate Security Contractor operations in the National Security Centre and other key areas of security operations.

What We Offer
* Total remuneration valued to $117,590 - $127,214 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $99,365 - $107,498 (pro rata) pa (HEW 7), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
* A 2.8% increase will be effective from the beginning of the last full pay period before 30 June 2025.
* 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
* Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
