In this role, you'll:
be working as part of a collaborative team that supports supports our local councils through the management of grant funded programs.
This is a fixed term opportunity (until 30/06/2025) and it reports to the Manager Local Government.
This role will see you add purpose and achieve positive outcomes for our community. You are someone who enjoys working with a diverse range of people as there is a focus around building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will manage and oversee coordinating resources, managing budgets, meeting reporting requirements, and supporting project-related activities, to ensure program outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards and within agreed scope in line with established agency program management.

About you
Your solid written and verbal communication skills formed across working in multi-disciplined teams in large organisations will see you excel in building and maintaining all aspects of stakeholder management. You enjoy coordination as this role will provide advice and information to stakeholders on to support program development and delivery in line with established plans, budgets, timeframes, policy objectives and other program and priorities. You appreciate working in supportive and creative teams and are happy to look for ideas and are interested in continuous process improvement and efficiencies. You're recognised as a highly organised person skilled at time management and experienced in delivery of multiple tasks who enjoys the challenge of managing competing priorities in dynamic environments.
This team is currently enjoying a hybrid way of working where there is a mixture of working from home and office.
