The successful candidate will be part of a team that values collaboration, commitment, and empathy, working towards the common purpose of providing highly effective health system leadership.What you'll do:Provide high-quality professional insurance advice to support clients in achieving unique solutions.Lead and participate in small to large, including complex, allocated projects.Research and prepare complex reports, submissions, and executive correspondence relating to insurance and claims management.Monitor, analyse, interpret and report on insurance market trends and risks.Proactively identify instances where insurance needs to be considered, and engage with other areas of Queensland Health.Represent Insurance Services through meaningful contribution to meetings, conferences and/or seminars as directed.Develop and deliver insurance focused education and training to key stakeholders.What you bring:Ability to investigate, analyse, interpret and evaluate information.Well-developed liaison and communication skills.Proven ability to meet challenging deadlines/timeframes.Ability to recognise, analyse and communicate issues.Experience in identifying training opportunities and delivering education.Ability to interpret and apply relevant legislation.Demonstrated experience in maintaining high levels of information security.Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.Salary: AUD57.43 - AUD93.42 per hour + SuperCome join our global team of creative thinkers, problem solvers and game changers.
