About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager for our Family Relationships Centre (FRC). In this leadership role, you will manage the operational and administrative functions of the FRC, ensuring high-quality service delivery in line with the framework, policies, and guidelines. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, supporting staff development, and maintaining high standards of service quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administration & Systems Management: Develop and maintain efficient administrative systems relevant to FRC services, ensuring adherence to organizational processes and guidelines.
2. Clinical Quality Control: Maintain clinical quality control processes across all practices and ensure that services are delivered in accordance with FRC policies and guidelines.
3. Program Reporting: Provide regular reports to the Senior Manager Family Law regarding program performance and client outcomes.
4. Staff Management: Complete staff timesheets, approve leave, and assist in the recruitment, induction, and training of new staff in consultation with the Senior Manager Family Law.
5. Productivity & Performance Monitoring: Monitor staff productivity according to FRC and organizational KPIs, and address underperformance in a supportive and timely manner.
6. Professional Development: Support staff in identifying areas for further development and conduct performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Tertiary qualification in Social Science, Management, Law, or equivalent experience.
2. Graduate Diploma of Family Dispute Resolution, Accreditation as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, and extensive management experience.
3. Skilled leadership.
4. Experience in operationalising strategy, governance, risk management, human resources, funding contractual requirements, and maintenance of facilities.
5. Experience and qualification as an FDRP.
