Title: Key Account Manager – Concrete & QuarriesLocation: Alexandria (covering Greater Sydney, travel required TOT vehicle, phone and laptop provided)Salary: $135k + Super + Bonus We're looking for a driven and results-oriented Key Account Manager to join our Hy-Tec brand, managing a portfolio of 150+ accounts, including NSW's top 10 key clients in the concrete and quarries sector.
What You'll Be Doing: Own and grow relationships with Tier 1 & Tier 2 builders and key infrastructure clients across Greater Sydney Drive sales success by managing high-value accounts and securing new opportunities Work independently and collaboratively to exceed targets and provide exceptional client service Understand or develop expertise in all aspects of concrete supply and the broader construction industry What We're Looking For: 5+ years in sales & key account management, ideally within concrete or related industries Proven experience managing Tier 1 clients and complex commercial accounts Strong sales background, with a track record of exceeding revenue targets Excellent communication & relationship-building skills across all levels Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a high-performing team If you're a motivated sales professional looking to make an impact in the construction materials industry, we want to hear from you.
