They have a solid pipeline of work on the Sunshine Coast, at different stages of the project life cycle, this is the perfect time to join them.Your new roleWith a few upcoming projects, there are a few projects you could commence on. One possible is a multi-story luxury Unit Development, complemented by a full-site team that is well regarded, with the support of a high-performing Foreman. You will take overall responsibility for quality, safety and coordinating all trades in delivering this fully documented D&C project. Scheduling and fortnightly programming along with maintaining site diaries and quality records using Procore will all play a part in this role. What you'll need to succeedTo be considered, you must have experience as a Site Manager on commercial projects; medium-rise unit developments would be great, or even other commercial projects associated with education or healthcare. A current QBCC Builder's Supervisors Licence is essential, while knowledge of local trades and officials would be advantageous. If you're a Foreman ready for the next step up and/or have worked on other commercial projects, please apply. I have multiple roles currently as Site Manager and Foreman across the Sunshine Coast. Only candidates based in Australia will be considered and preferably currently based (or soon to be) on the Sunshine Coast. What you'll get in returnSalary for the Site Manager role will be commensurate with experience, while a range between $165k to $200k package is a good indicator, possibly more for the right candidate. This is a permanent role, joining a reputable builder, with long-term local work, while I also have contract roles available for those who prefer this type of work. What you need to do nowFor any queries, feel free to contact; richard.stone@hays.com.au or Yasmin.mitchell@hays.com.au.
