You will have the opportunity to lead projects, ensuring their successful implementation. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying and responding to the operational impact of new or adjusted jurisdictions. You will also prepare draft practice directions, notices, instruments or forms while ensuring their legal compliance. Your ability to work with a range of stakeholders will be essential in this role.Provide legal and policy advice on issues relevant to the business of the Tribunal.Lead and operationalise project outcomes.Provide secretariat support to the Rules Committee.Identify and respond to the operational impact of new or adjusted jurisdictions conferred on the Tribunal.Prepare draft practice directions, notices, instruments or forms.Work with a range of legal and government stakeholders on issues relevant to business.Prepare briefing notes, advices, reports and other correspondence to inform and advise on key legal and policy matters.Participate in, develop and complete improvements and innovations to support achieving business excellence.What you bring:As a Senior Legal Officer, you bring a wealth of experience in reading and interpreting legal documents.
