The opportunity: Goodlife Health Clubs is known for offering inclusive, innovative, and fun group fitness options to its members. As a Group Fitness Instructor at our Essendon club it will be your responsibility to lead “best in industry” group fitness classes, creating a welcoming environment where all members feel comfortable and can achieve their goals. Key responsibilities: Deliver engaging and accessible group fitness classes Ensure the well-being and safety of members Maintain consistent delivery of the class format Maximise class attendance through high-level execution Ensure studios are kept neat and tidy, with all equipment packed away To be successful in this role you will need: GEL Certification or Cert III (or higher) in Fitness Registration with Fitness Australia First Aid and CPR certifications Industry recognised qualification in your field of practice Ability to engage with and motivate members What we can offer you: A career in the fitness industry is a career like no other.
