We have a flexible work-from-home policy, genuine time-in-lieu, a casual dress-code, poor quality table tennis, and our kitchen is well stocked.Voice Project is a division within Xref, a global, ASX-listed company with users in 195 countries, with best in class, HR and recruitment technology company that empowers organisations with people-focused feedback to make great decisions.Job DescriptionIn this role at Voice Project, you will:Become an expert with our cloud-based survey application.Support our consultants with survey build, delivery, analysis and reporting.Liaise with our clients providing technical support.Build client support materials including online processes and screen capture demos.Actively participate in our internal product development.Become a systems guru, training our consultants when we release new features.Be coached by a more senior member of the team who will support your personal and professional development.QualificationsYou are the ideal person for this role if you have:An interest in improving workplace engagement, wellbeing and performance.An aptitude for working with technology systems and data.Customer service skills in providing technical support.Strong written and verbal communication skills and English fluency.Excellent time management, able to prioritise tasks and meet multiple deadlines.Attention to detail (cite Star Wars in your cover letter to show this skill).Ability to research and solve problems independently.Skills in communicating and coordinating your work as part of a close team.Relevant work experience coupled with a degree in Business, Science, IT or a closely related discipline.Intention to stay in the role for at least 3 years.Playfulness and a willingness to not take yourself too seriously.The capacity for a full-time role.Willingness to travel to our Sydney office for occasional meetings.Australian citizenship, residency or a clear pathway to residency.Additional InformationWhat is in it for you?People focused - We put people first, both with our technology solution and in our workplace.
