About The Opportunity
As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and promoting premium coffee products. Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Engaging with customers to understand their coffee preferences and recommend products
* Assisting in the daily operations of the retail space, including inventory management
* Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
* Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
* Participating in promotional activities and product tastings
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in the food and beverage sector
* A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about different blends and brewing techniques
* Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse customers
* Flexibility in working hours to accommodate part-time shifts
