For more information, please visit www.statetrustees.com.au About the Role Reporting to the Team Leader of Property Services, you Insurance Officer will action requests relating to clients' insurable assets, both real estate and personal and manage the end-to-end process of insurance claims on behalf of our clients. Skills and Experience Experience in the insurance field and/or Owners Corporations Experience with end-to-end management of insurance claims Sound customer service and administration experience Understanding of records and document management and maintaining electronic records Ability to prepare commercial standard correspondence, reports and recommendations Well-developed professional communication skills Intermediate computer literacy including Microsoft Office Previous experience as an Insurance Assessor in partial and/or total loss insurance claims will be highly regarded.
