About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Nurse to lead our Mental Health, Alcohol and other drugs (MHAOD) team. As a Nurse Manager Grade 3, you will be responsible for coordinating after hours patient flow and patient care services.

About You
* Registration: current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse
* Education: postgraduate qualification in Mental Health Nursing Management or equivalent work experience or a combination of study and work experience
* Leadership: high level capacity to manage clinical services, utilise communication strategies, problem solving, negotiation, and consultant skills
* Operational Plans: proven ability to contribute to and advance operational/business plans for nursing services and manage organisational change
* Nursing Resource Allocations: demonstrated ability to implement and monitor nursing resource allocations, FTE and workload to meet service performance requirements
* Professional Development: evidence of a commitment to ongoing professional development and access to contemporary knowledge of professional and management issues
* Driver's Licence: current unrestricted drivers' licence and ability to maintain it, with willingness to drive/travel as required
