Supporting the General Manager of Business Development and the new business team, you will be part of a collaborative and energetic team environment and assist with ensuring smooth operations and high-level service for internal and external customers.
This role includes elements of marketing, design, and events and will offer a wide variety of exposure across the business with lots of opportunity for professional development. This role would be well suited to somebody with an administrative background seeking exposure to marketing, with experience in design tools such as InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite.
As the successful applicant, some of your responsibilities include: Assist the team with the creation of formal documentation such as proposals, IMs, briefing papers, and board reports.Preparation and formatting of presentations using PowerPoint and InDesign.Providing marketing and graphic design support including assisting Architects to color plans and assisting the marketing team on event days.Email and diary management for the General Manager.Administrative support including formatting and preparation of documents, archiving and filing, maintaining employee records, and meeting minutes.International and domestic travel arrangements.Event planning and coordination including conferences, client events, and team events.Management of expense claims, reconciliation of credit card expenditure and reimbursements; processing of invoices using SAP.You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences: Demonstrated experience in administration within a corporate environment.Advanced Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint.Experience in Adobe Graphics, specifically InDesign and Illustrator essential.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.An enthusiastic, self-motivated, and reliable attitude and be a team player.Don't quite meet every single requirement but still believe you'd be a great fit for the job?
