We're seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to play a pivotal role in building a positive, engaged, and compliant workplace culture, in a values based, young, dynamic, for-profit Disability services organisation. Full time (38 hours) or 4 days (30 hours) per week, permanent role.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Lead and innovate our HR strategy, policies, and processes
* Champion employee engagement, development, and succession planning
* Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding - making the candidate experience smooth and efficient
* Coach and advise managers on performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations
* Stay ahead of industry best practices, ensuring we remain compliant and competitive
* Oversee HR compliance, manage audits, and keep us ready for anything
* Handle workplace investigations, mediation, disciplinary, and termination processes with professionalism
* Partner with finance on payroll support and workforce planning
* Maintain HR records and systems with accuracy and attention to detail
What We're Looking For:
* An HR qualification or significant experience in a similar role
* Knowledge of industrial relations, employment law, and WHS regulations
* Strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite
* A proactive and highly organised approach - you're known for your attention to detail
* A people-person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
* Familiarity of NDIS frameworks and Safeguards Commission requirements
