Revenue Clerk - NSW Government Immediate start - Initial 3 month contract with likely extension $34.59ph + super Goulburn location, parking available on site Admin experience essential and Excel skills Must have outstanding customer service The position plays a key role in an emergency service providing excellent customer service to members of the public for charges related to Ambulance services.
As the successful candidate, you will be the first point of contact to the ambulance service fees and charges, relevant administration and customer call centre experience is preferable.
The position will be required to respond to a variety of customer enquiries via phone, email or through written correspondence, providing exceptional customer service ensuring that the experience is a smooth and efficient as possible to help support members of the public during which for some is a difficult time.
