The Opportunity
As our Territory Manager, you will be responsible for gaining new customers and revenue in addition to retaining and growing a profitable portfolio of existing customers. You will also be accountable for best-in-class account management, pipeline and contract maintenance, and meeting Budgets, and key deliverables.
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
* Maintain a pipeline of new prospects and major contract renewals being negotiated as per agreed targets and pricing criteria.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Prepare sales presentations and regular reports on account status, revenue, and growth opportunities.
* Utilize Sales CRM to maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
About You
* Prior experience in a similar role within Commercial/Industrial B2B sales.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to find solutions and be decisive.
* Ability to build meaningful relationships with all stakeholders.
* You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can effectively prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and you’re driven to achieve your set targets.
* Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office, and experience with a Sales CRM is desirable.
* Valid Australian Driver’s License (Unrestricted).
