ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking an experienced Recoveries Manager to actively oversee our recoveries services, existing and new client accounts, and manage our Recoveries team of four (4) in Milperra/Sydney, NSW.
This full-time permanent 2IC role can be worked on a flexible/hybrid basis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage daily recoveries workload with case instructions to achieve desired client outcomesLiaise with clients and 3rd party suppliers (incl.
solicitors and field agents) to ensure timely and effective actioningConduct regular meetings and calls with existing clients to nurture relationshipsActively participate in researching new opportunities and enhancing the partner experienceReview, maintain and document procedures to ensure compliance with various codes, regulations and partner workflowsEnsure meeting KPIs for each client and follow upMonitor and oversee case outcomes, actively problem solve, provide guidance on sensitive matters and escalate where neededProvide regular reporting for Management, participate in audit and case studiesActively participate in team development to expected standardsEnsure personal and team adherence to Privacy Act, NCCP, ASIC and ACCC debt collection principlesDeliver on projects as required by the business and partnersABOUT YOUYou're an organised professional with:
