Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment support of STA and weekly program coaches and corporate business roles. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing all recruitment strategies, policies, and programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives. This is a proactive role that may require reaching out to education and training providers and industry partners to source available talent across our 20 career pathways in our weekly coaching program. Many of our coaching roles are casual or part-time and contract moving to full time so innovative approaches to recruitment are needed. Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and provide outcomes to drive business results. Develop and implement recruitment programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Recruit people based on their attitudes and fit with our brand and the clients we serve - on top of recruiting based on skills and technical fit Refine recruitment policies and procedures from existing templates (Employment Hero and BrightHR support). Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on recruitment-related issues, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection. Work with our future Learning and Development team to design and deliver training programs that support the development of hiring managers. Managing onboarding of recruits including completing all mandatory training and industry clearance checks (NDIS compliance needs focused) Ensure compliance with all recruitment-related laws and regulations. Analyse recruitment metrics and provide advice to business leaders to drive continuous improvement and growth. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable. 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related role. Ability to understand our NDIS and coaching business and our gamer orientated brand. Strong knowledge of recruitment laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong project management skills.
