We have an opportunity for aManager Organisational Development and Planning to be part of ourCorporate Services Division within the Department of PrimaryIndustries and Regions.

Reporting to the Chief HumanResources Officer, the Manager, Organisational Development andPlanning will lead, guide and coach a small and dedicated teamproviding organisational development, learning & developmentand workforce planning services to the broader business of 800 plusemployees located across multiple metro and regional sites acrossthe state. You will lead the development and implementation ofeffective employee engagement, culture and performance at alllevels of the organisation. You will also be responsible for thedesign and delivery of programs and projects related to strategicworkforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development,succession planning, performance enhancement and diversity andinclusion.
Ideally, you will be an adaptableand experienced leader within the human resources space with aproven ability to guide, coach and influence the broader businessin the adoption of organisational development principals andstrategies. Previous experience analysing workforce performancedata, assessing existing strategic frameworks related toorganisational development and converting findings into actionablebusiness plans and programs is an essential component of the role.This, coupled with your stakeholder and interpersonal relationshipsskills to create mutually respectful business partnerships withdivisional leaders will ensure the effective and committedimplementation of organisational development initiatives across thedepartment.

Remuneration
ASO8
$119,317 - $123,822 per annum
Special Conditions
1. Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Check (NPC) prior to being made an offer of employment
2. Australian residency or current works permit is required (responsibility of applicant to provide evidence of a current work permit).
