Location: Sydney, NSW 2000Role: Full time Salary Range: $85,000- $95,000 per annum plus superannuationThe responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales & marketing policies and plans to achieve company sales targets and expand customer base.
Identify key target markets, customer segments, and prioritize them to maximize sales opportunities.
Collaborate with the execution team to develop sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
Lead the development of new property listings, marketing campaigns, and advertising initiatives.
Lead the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to attract potential customers, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.
Oversee promotional activities, including advertising, public relations, and branding initiatives, to enhance brand visibility and reputation in the marketplace.
Determine pricing strategies based on market dynamics and product value to drive sales and meet revenue goals.
Track sales performance against targets, analyse sales data, and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
Evaluate new market segments, geographic regions, and distribution channels to find business expansion opportunities.
Develop and implement merchandising strategies to effectively showcase properties and attract potential buyers.
Establish distribution policies that optimize sales channels, such as online platforms, social media, and real estate agencies.
Implement effective sales arrangements and closing techniques to expedite property transactions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, major channels, and industry stakeholders.
Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and sales management.
Demonstrate excellence in marketing, with the ability to expand domestic and international markets and manage sales teams.
Exceptional leadership skills and communication abilities to motivate teams to achieve goals and deliver results.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
Experience with sales enablement tools and CRM systems and software.
Fluency in Spanish language is preferred.
